7. Remuneration
Fees are invoiced for analytical, audit, diagnostic and research services. Fees vary according to the nature of the assignment, the time required and the difficulty of the assignment. It may be either a flat fee, calculated on the basis of an hourly rate in relation to the time spent carrying out the assignment, or fixed by subscription contract.
Asset engineering audit and assessment: An engagement letter will specify the remuneration for the assignment based on an assessment of the number of hours required.

Pricing note: The first maintenance visit is free of charge. No intervention will be considered without your approval.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the company's registered office.
