11. Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy
Booking
Any online service booking (consultation, coaching, etc.) must be made through our dedicated platform. A confirmation will be sent to you by email after your booking is validated.

Cancellation and Modification
You may cancel or modify your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.
After this period, a cancellation fee equivalent to one hour of consultation will be applied.
For free services, it will no longer be possible to book another session without prior validation.

Cancellation & Modification
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, in order to respect the time of all our clients and to guarantee optimal organization, we apply the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation or modification: All appointments must be cancelled or modified at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation fees: In the event of late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the appointment), a fee corresponding to 50% of the amount of the appointment will be charged.

Unexcused absence: In the event of a no-show for the appointment without prior cancellation, the full amount of the appointment will be charged.

In the case of a free service, it will no longer be possible to book another session without prior validation.

Exceptions in the event of force majeure:
In exceptional situations (illness, accident, family emergency, etc.), cancellation fees may be cancelled or adjusted. Supporting documentation (e.g. medical certificate or other official document) will be required to validate the exception.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in enabling us to provide you with the best possible service.

Delay and Absence
In case of delay, the duration of the appointment may be shortened to respect other clients' schedules.
After 15 minutes of delay without notice, the consultation may be canceled and considered as due.

Waitlist
If a time slot is no longer available, you can join the waitlist. We will contact you as a priority as soon as a slot becomes available.
